    2019.3新版本，32位和64位都集成在idea64.exe中了，直接运行即可
    实际测试32位无法运行

    If you already have a 64-bit JDK installed, define a JAVA_HOME variable in Computer>System Properties>System Settings>Environment Variables. Failed to create JVM. JVM Path:E:\mhd\ideaIU-2019.2.2.win\bin\jbr，安装完打开之后报错
    idea64.exe.vmoptions也改了 JAVA_HOME也改了

      keymap里面把copy的快捷键删了ctrl+Insert只保留Ctrl+C就好了

      嗯, 就是这个问题...把copy下面的快捷键组里面的Ctrl+Insert删掉就没报错了

      试一试把win10的显示缩放关闭了，我之前125%就出现这个问题。
