WINPE 系统通常都是用来平时维护用，因为 PE 系统被精简了大多数功能依赖库组件文件，正常你无法在 PE 里安装软件，只能运行一些特制的绿色版工具。现在有网友制作了「CE-Ramos」系统，号称也许是世界上最完美的 PE 系统，它具有完整系统组件，可以安装大多数软件，并且纯净无广告。实际上可以把这个 PE 当作 Windows To Go 来用。

    经过测试，用Ventoy引导启动不了，卡在窗户界面，U盘灯狂闪，始终进不了系统。后直接把ISO刻录进U盘，成功进入系统，可以上网，播放视频，连接手机读取目录，系统维护工具有BOOTICE、CPU-Z、DiskGenius、Dism++、Everything、GoHash、NT Passw、WimTool、WinNTSetup，日常装机够用了，系统应用有CE-小助手、Windows Media Player、画图、计算机管理、记事本、截图工具、控制面板、命令提示符、文件资源管理器、写字板、远程桌面连接、运行、注册表编辑器。
