IP Messenger（官方名称为 IP 信使）是一款小巧、极速、免费和开放源代码的多平台弹出式局域网即时通信软件，基于 TCP/IP(UDP) 协议，无需服务器。支持文件/文件夹传输，支持捕获指定区域的图像，支持在消息中嵌入图像，支持 RSA2048/AES256/SHA1 加密/标志消息数据，支持 RSA/Blofish 消息数据加密，支持 PKCS#1-v1_5 签名/验证。

特别提示

注意：

1、IP Messenger 的成员检测和消息通信使用 2425/UDP 端口，文件和图像传输使用 2425/TCP 端口。如果这些端口被操作系统或杀毒软件阻止，IP Messenger 将无法检测到其他成员或不能发送和接收文件或图像。请打开这些端口。

2、广播消息仅发生在[开始/结束]，[离开模式]，[刷新]，[更改“用户名”或“组”]。

3、用户列表前缀颜色：

白色 – 嵌入图像，附加文件，RSA2048/AES256/SHA1 加密或标记

浅粉色 – 禁用嵌入图像，附加文件，RSA2048/AES256/SHA1 加密或标记

浅灰色 – 附加文件 RSA 加密

淡蓝色 – 附加文件

深灰色 – 基本消息通信

“ ! ” 标记表示离开模式。
4、经测试，此软件小巧易用，无广告、无修改主页等恶意行为。

5、国内某些局域网通信软件就是使用此软件的源代码添加广告后二次编译而成的，例如某个叫“XX 传书”的软件。
