Google翻译修复工具 v1.3 - 果核剥壳

10月份，Google翻译API被误伤，官方干脆直接停用了。虽然网页翻译给停用了，但是API并没有停，稍微修改一下host就能解决。

鉴于使用不方便，我做了一个小工具，自动获取可用的IP，并且选择一个最低延迟的IP，修改HOST，做到一键修复Google翻译功能。

使用方法

打开后会自动获取IP，获取成功会展示所有可用IP，然后点击测试延迟，软件会依次进行延迟测试

点击一键修复，软件自动选择一个本机延迟最低的IP，设置HOST。

最后，设置完成以后，可用测试一下翻译接口是否正常。正常的话，本机所有使用Google翻译的功能，将恢复使用。

新增清除host菜单项目，可用快速删除设置的Google翻译HOST一项，不影响其他的HOST。

修改HOST替换方式，不再覆盖原来HOST的内容
新增菜单打开HOST，可以一键打开HOST文件，查看内容
IP列表新增右键菜单，可以选择指定IP进行设置

    自己改也很简单，去站长工具ping下translate.google.cn，国内响应ip随便选一个（懂的人也可以挑一个知道怎么更快点的），或者直接忽略以上步骤，直接到目录C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc 找到hosts，用管理员打开hosts在最后添加：220.181.174.226 translate.googleapis.com（最后一行有#就换行再添加，#是注释用的，地址和域名中间有个空格），大部分用这个api的都能恢复翻译功能。谷歌翻译网页版就不要想了，无论怎么改hosts都是用不了的

      我问一下：我手动修改的host然后翻译正常了，但是浏览器梯子扩展用不了了显示说被阻止了，用客户端全局的就正常。是怎么回事。

    提个建议，写入host文件的时候改成在最后一行追加，不要直接覆盖。因为有很多人都会自己改host，你直接覆盖了我们前面的配置就白写了。。。。
