火眼金睛，见微知著

苏州思杰马克丁软件有限公司是CorelDraw系列软件的中国区独家合作伙伴，该系列软件具有全色矢量插图和先进版面设计程序，并解决了与汉化版9.0兼容问题，但盗版侵权问题也层出不穷。2019年，思杰马克丁发现在扬州有图文打印商使用盗版软件，随即向扬州市江都区公安局邵伯中心派出所报案。

在接到报案后，邵伯中心派出所副所长于力非常重视，在前往相关图文打印商店调查取证后，该图文打印商承认，自己确实使用的是盗版软件，虽然说正版软件价格也不高，但是因为缺乏法律意识，所以长期使用盗版。

事情发展到了这一步，涉案人员已经承认了错误，但是始终有个疑问，始终在于所长的心里不断盘旋：一个图文打印商，他并没有相关的软件修改能力，那么这个盗版软件，是从哪里来的呢？

抽丝剥茧，跟进追查

在追问下，涉案人员承认，该盗版软件系他在淘宝上所购买。原来，淘宝上不但提供实物买卖，有些不法商家还提供虚拟产品如软件的购买，原价上千的软件，在专门卖盗版的淘宝店上，只要几十块钱就能买到。

扬州警方深知，找到一个使用者并不能终止知识产权侵权的行为，只有找到源头，从根源上予以解决，才能杜绝类似事件的发生。于是，警方通过侦查，确定到了这家侵权淘宝店的所在，并上门抓捕。

当警方抓获涉案淘宝店主的时候，才发现了一个惊人的数字：仅仅通过售卖单价几十元的盗版产品，该淘宝店主竟然已经获利近20万元。

经过审问，该淘宝店主对自己的犯罪事实供认不讳，但是，更复杂的情况出现了：该淘宝店主表示，自己并不是这条产业链上的最顶层，这个软件的修改者，另有其人。

直捣根源，查明真相

在进一步调查之后，扬州警方得知，淘宝卖家手上的盗版资源，是来自于一个名为“睿派克”的论坛，该论坛管理人员在湖北黄冈，于是邵伯中心派出所转战千里，终于找到了该论坛的负责人并将其抓获。

经过调查，“睿派克”论坛有注册人数43万，会员8万，1206个Vip，该论坛管理人员会在论坛内分享修改软件并通过会员付费的方式盈利，目前该案具体涉案金额，警方还在调查当中，这个盗版软件的牟利链条，也被完整而彻底的连根拔除。

知识产权维权，具有举证难、取证难、调查难、破获难等现实因素，而扬州警方在这过程中体现出的责任心、敏感度、灵活性和执行力，都让苏州思杰马克丁软件有限公司十分敬佩，在2020年7月21日，公司副总裁陈俊峰一行人，特意从苏州奔赴江都，为办案人员送上锦旗致谢。

细微之处见真相，火眼金睛保平安，这两句朴实的话，是思杰马克丁对扬州警方发自肺腑的感谢，也是扬州警方工作人员的真实写照。

    商用可以用开源或买其它同类程序，同类软件用法都差不多，钉钉代理的就不要采购了，自觉抵制一下看看。看看钉子能存在多长时间。家用就无所谓了。在家自己玩，让它查好了。

    PD被抓的时候，睿派克就关论坛了，再者睿派克上的软件强调是学习不可商用，三姨站长也谴责过哪些把里面的软件拿去卖的，修改是学习用的，被人非法牟利，这个到最后怪谁，怪修改的学习平台，还是怪哪些不法分子
