    三步走安装startallback：
    01 解压文件，开管理员权限的cmd，跳到解压的目录（里面直接有StartAllBackCfg.exe）
    02输入 StartAllBackCfg.exe /install /elevated /silent
    03 电脑可能白屏，此时ctrl+shift+esc进任务管理器，文件-运行新任务-explorer.exe
