    安装完，打开EXCEL，双击目录停不了几秒就卡住，经常无故卡掉，要到任务栏点击再返回才能解决，再双击再卡

    StartAllBack如果能增加智能任务栏就好了，窗口最大化时隐藏任务栏，只要窗口触碰到任务栏就隐藏，没有触碰到就显示。
