修复了fobar2000 v2.0回归导致文件夹监视事件被删除而不会在有太多待处理事件时触发完全重新扫描的问题。
遇到APE标签时停止解码ADTS AAC，而不是报告错误。

修复了MP4视频编解码器名称报告中的错误。
修复了ASX播放列表加载器中的回归。
一些CPU使用率调整从2.2系列向后移植。

      windows大多情况下又不区分大小写，所以没什么区别吧。(我也喜欢断词断音的时候来个大写。)
