Google翻译修复工具 v1.3 - 果核剥壳

10月份，Google翻译API被误伤，官方干脆直接停用了。虽然网页翻译给停用了，但是API并没有停，稍微修改一下host就能解决。

鉴于使用不方便，我做了一个小工具，自动获取可用的IP，并且选择一个最低延迟的IP，修改HOST，做到一键修复Google翻译功能。

使用方法

打开后会自动获取IP，获取成功会展示所有可用IP，然后点击测试延迟，软件会依次进行延迟测试

点击一键修复，软件自动选择一个本机延迟最低的IP，设置HOST。

最后，设置完成以后，可用测试一下翻译接口是否正常。正常的话，本机所有使用Google翻译的功能，将恢复使用。

新增清除host菜单项目，可用快速删除设置的Google翻译HOST一项，不影响其他的HOST。

修改HOST替换方式，不再覆盖原来HOST的内容
新增菜单打开HOST，可以一键打开HOST文件，查看内容
IP列表新增右键菜单，可以选择指定IP进行设置

      21号开始这种修改host的方式已经没用了，只能用代理的方式了。

    今日测试，软件检测正常，翻译测试失败，换IP也不行，可能翻译接口被××了

      易语言应该就够了，如果再进阶点用c语言的qt库也可以

      qt是c++。当然，各种编程语言很多都有qt的绑定，简单点的直接python用pyqt，更简单点的直接用tkinter。golang的fyne也挺简单，还能同时编译桌面版和移动版。electron也可以，虽然比较臃肿，但是个跨平台的快捷方案。
      易这种闭源私有的语言别去才坑，学了都不是自己的东西。

    试了下，用了这个，的确翻译复活了，但同时Gmail网站打开就有问题了，提示暂时无法访问。去掉新加的host，又能用了。。

    即使用管理员模式运行 依然无法修改host文件 手动改写host 也无法正确指向 不知是何缘由

      解决了...复制原本host文件的内容,删除文件然后手动新建一个,就OK了
